Resistance cords are offered in three lengths to accommodate different fitness levels. The shortest cord provides greatest resistance, while the longest cord offers least resistance. The lengths of the cords provide for the needs of the beginner as well as the expert strength trainer. Included with the cords are the rowing bars.
